At A’s Creative Treasure, we pour our hearts into every handmade piece, ensuring each one is as unique as the person receiving it. Because our items are handcrafted with love, slight variations in color, grain, and design are natural—just part of the charm of handmade treasures!

That being said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Below is our policy on refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made items unless there was a mistake on our part.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
  • Non-personalized items may be eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery, but buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items that cannot be replaced.
  • If an item qualifies for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval and return of product.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, we begin crafting your piece, and cancellations may not be possible.
