  • All products are handmade, meaning slight variations in color, grain, and design are natural and not considered defects.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept any modifications.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are processed in the order they are received. Since each item is handmade, processing times may vary. Estimated processing times are listed on each product page.
  • Payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship via USPS to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
  • A’s Creative Treasure is not responsible for shipping delays once a package leaves our hands. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom items unless there was an error on our part.
  • Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items that cannot be replaced. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
  • If a return is approved for a non-personalized item, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production begins, and cancellations may not be possible.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs, photos, descriptions, and content on our website are the intellectual property of A’s Creative Treasure. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • A’s Creative Treasure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • While we do our best to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.
