This one is made in natural wood only, engraved rather than painted, so the grain and the depth of the cut carry it. Their name can replace the letters "EMT" across the center.

The gift card slides in from the side and tucks behind the design, so the piece is what they see first. A leather cord loops through the top, which means it can hang at the station or in a truck long after the card is spent.
