Rolled bills fill the round wooden base while the golfer stands above it, hand-painted down to the bag of clubs. The sign can read "Happy Retirement" with his name, "Happy Retirement" on its own, or "Gone Golfin'" style options to match the send-off, so it fits the man and the moment exactly.
